Dis-play-ced: An Exhibition of Palestinian Athletic History

Join us Friday, August 21 at 6 PM for the opening of Dis-play-ced, an exhibition tracing more than a century of Palestinian athletic history.

Bringing together historical and contemporary materials, Dis-play-ced explores how sport has been shaped by changing political and social conditions, while also showing how athletic traditions have carried Palestinian national identity across generations. Through the histories of clubs, schools, teams, religious institutions, and athletes, the exhibition offers a look at Palestinian communities and their experiences through the lens of sport, highlighting the enduring relationship between Palestinian identity, community, and athletic life. Join us for an evening celebrating this rich and often overlooked history, and the athletes and communities who have kept it alive.
